Abstract

Vesicular-Arbuscular mycorrhizal (VAM) fungi were co-inoculated with Bokashi to Garcinia mangostana to study the effectiveness of microsymbiont to the mycorrhizal infection and seddling of the plants. A factorial in Completely Randomized Design was employed in this study, with three VAM dosage (0,10,20 g/ seedling) and three bokashi (0,65 and 85 g/seedling). The result showed that VAM dosage 20 g/seedling without bokashi provided the best result on the growth of plants. The teratment had VAM infection could reach 100% bright root and less root hair. The VAM dosage 20 g/seedling without bokashi was significant to plant height and dry weight.
