| dc.description.abstract | Employee Performance Management Section of Forest Fires In Provincial Forestry Office Riau.destination of this study was to determine the performance of the employee section of forest fire management on forest service riau.Penelitian province's forestry using qualitative methods of problem-solving procedure is examined by using the method described result of information obtained from the interview that was obtained from direct observations in the field, then analyzed and diintrepetasikan with the conclusion. Problems encountered in the field is the lack of existing human resources, lack of infrastructure and proper allocation not memadai.research budget recommends the importance of improving employee performance to cope with the existing fires in Riau province is almost always the case every year. | en_US |
