dc.description.abstractThe research was conducted in March 2013 by using models with and without fin stabilizer specially designed fiber made of materials as an alternative to outrigger. The purpose of this study was to determine the ship roll period which is not used with the use of fin stabilizer. Values are included in the calculation of the equation approaches shaky period so as to produce a comparison value which is calculated from the equation shaky period. Calculation results are given to conclude that the period of roll fin stabilizer models with lower than the model without fin stabilizer.en_US
