dc.description.abstractThis research is about organizational communication climate, wich is a metaphor for the weather that forms the physical climate of a region. Opinion within an organization can serve as a mirror to evaluate how organizational communication climate that is owned by the organization. This paper is based on limited research of opinions of employees on organizational communication climate in PT Jamsostek (Persero) Branches Riau II. The results of this research showed that organizational communications climate-forming factor in PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Branch County II are (1) lack of confidence held by some employees to other employees, (2) unilateral decision-making, (3) honesty that is not owned by any employee, (4) the employer is not willing to listen and receive suggestions from subordinates and (5) a sense of empathy that is not owned by the top leaders in the company. The results also showed that the opinions of employees who grown on organizational communication climate is the subjective positive, negative and neutral.en_US
