Abstract
This Research is background overshadow to lower of result learn the mathematics in Sekolah Dasar Negeri 111 Pekanbaru. Studyof centre on still teacher, so that student less be active in face of study and less comprehend the concept better and having a meaning of itself child less be paid attention to. Target in this research is to improve the result learn the student mathematics by applying approach of Education Mathematics Realistik. This Research is done with the Approach of Realistik Mathematics Education at student class of IIIB Sekolah Dasar Negeri 111 Pekanbaru. In this approach Realistik Mathematics Education emphasize for the importance of reality context recognized by student and process the construction of mathematics knowledge by student byself so that concept accepted by a student more having a meaning. This research form of Research of Class Action by subjek research is student of class IIIB Sekolah Dasar Negeri 111 Pekanbaru at items Calculate to circle, Wide of Long rectangel And rectangel. Result of research indicate that the applying of Approach of Mathematics Realistik can improve mathematics academic result of student class IIIB Sekolah Dasar Negeri 111 Pekanbaru.
