Abstract

Employees are the most important factors that will affect the company in achieving its goals. Many things must be done in order to get the company's good performance. In this case, the company must be able to motivate all employees to afford employees excited and have a good performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of motivation in improving the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mega Syariah Pekanbaru District 1. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Mega Syariah Pekanbaru District 1 which is based on the patchouli Pekanbaru. The reason for the selection of the research here is due to the large number of employees out each year at PT. Bank Mega Syariah Pekanbaru District 1. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Mega Syariah Pekanbaru District 1, as many as 76 employees. And the whole population sample made. Based on respondents' answers that the implementation of motivation in improving employee performance category quite well. From some of the indicators studied, the dominant respondents stated they were quite good. It can be concluded that the implementation of the provision mtoivasi in improving employee performance dpada PT. Bank Mega Syariah Pekanbaru District 1 is good enough. Where the company seudah meet employee needs three aspects, namely the need for achievement, need for power, and the need for affiliation.
