Abstract

Human resources plays an important role in the company because as a driver of all efforts and activities existing in the company as well as determining the course of the company. Although the company has sophisticated tools but not supported by any employee who is highly dedicated in their work then the work productivity firms cannot increase. Therefore it is important to be examined scientifically through research on the effects between job motivation of the employee with the job spirit of employee. Knowing the process and various motivations is the aim of this research. This research is aimed to obtain the effect of giving job motivation to increase the job spirit. The mark being researched is the employee, which respondents are taked from the employees of CV Jadi Cemerlang Jaya Yamaha, where the job motivation to employees are instead of need of achievement, need of affiliation, and need of power. Based on findings and analysis of research’s result, job motivation is one of the important contribution on increasing of job spirit of employees. It means that the job motivation of employees is determined by managerial functions applied by leaders in developing employees. Therefore, if the leaders do their management functions appropriately, the job motivation of employees will increace. And this will affected the job spirit of employees also.
