Abstract
ABSTRACT
Placement of the staff is most important activities in personal management, because its influence the staff to accomplish their duties. Therefor, placement of the staff must be execute properly, objectively, and according to the regulations, hence the staff who fill the position of the job qualified according to the job spesification needs. Problems focus in this research is : “how the placement of the staff on structural jobs in Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru? Besides, the object of this research is to know the implementation of the placement of the staff on structural jobs in Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru. The research is peform in Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru. As the sample are 21 staff on structural jobs in Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru, and a members of Tim Baperjakat. Data collections is perform by questionaire and interview to the respondent of this research. Types and data sources consist of primary data wich containt questionaire and interview results, and secondary data wich containt descriptions of the organizations. Data analyzed is perform by quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyze. According to the research results and interpretations its concluded that the placement of the staff on structural jobs in Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru generally is in good criteria.
