Abstract
This research describes about how the Tibet’s response toward Han ethnic migration that was done by China Goverment. The factors that influence China to issue policy Han ethnic migration to Tibet region. The China military action toward participant in a demonstran of Tibet that make infraction of Human Right and reaction of international world toward problems of China and Tibet.Method that was done in this research in descriptive method by use secondary data, problem research focus of Han Ethnic that was done by China goverment to Tibet Region. The theory that was used in this research is critical theory whose purpose to fade some dominations and freedom, justice, and agreement. Critical theory used reflex method by making criticsm continiously toward arrangment or social intituion, politic,economi, that tend to condusif for achievement of freedom, justice, and agreement.
The result of this research shows that the cause of hardness response from Tibet because there are Han ethnic migration that cause more than one thousand Tibet citizen that some of them ride march around the city attack one of the goverment buildings to go down a China flag in a school, burn the flag an go up the Tibet flag. It was caused mobilization failed that was not balance. Aculturation that was forced by China goverment through Han ethnic migration is one of the policy types of country that was forced and there was no negotiation from center goverment and provice.
