| dc.description.abstract | The research was conducted in July 2012 in the area of mangrove swamp of Halang Island, Rokan Hilir Regency. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between sedimentary organic matter and makrozoobenthos diversity in the mangrove of Halang Muka Island and Halang Belakang Island. The results showed that the relations his of organic sediment and abundance of makrzoobenthos showed a strong and positive correlation , wheres mean that increased organic matter will increase the abundance of makrozoobenthos. More species were also found well the greater diversity as the organic increased sedimentary. | en_US |
