dc.description.abstractSansevieria sp. is one of the most cultivated species as an ornamental plant. This plant can absorb more than 107 elements of dangerous pollutants and can be used as traditional medicine. Endophytic are fungi that live in plant tissues at certain periods and are able to live by forming colonies in plant tissues, without endangering their hosts. Trichoderma harzianum is one endophytic fungus that commonly used as a biological control agent. This study aimed to isolate endophytic Trichoderma fungi from various varieties of Sansevieria spp., using the selective medium Trichoderma harzianum (THSM). Isolation of endophytic Trichoderma was carried out on Sansevieria roots and leaves. The results showed that five Trichoderma endophytic isolates Trichoderma sp SHA1H, Trichoderma sp SHA2H, Trichoderma sp SCAH, Trichoderma sp SLAH and Trichoderma sp STA1H, all isolated were found in Sansevieria spp plant roots, while leaf were not found.en_US
