| dc.description.abstract | The village is a unit of community that has borders that are authorized to manage and take care of the interests of the local community, based on the origin of the local traditions that are recognized and respected in the system of government of the Republic of Indonesia, based Rokan Hilir Government Regulation No. 7 of 2009 on formation, Abolition, incorporation of the Village and the Village Becomes Status Change Village, terms Village (1) the establishment of the village as referred to in Article 2 should be qualified, part of the area should be clear and agreed upon between the village and adjoining villages devices that can be managed for the benefit of the community development and pay attention to environmental preservation, availability of infrastructure, village government, village boundaries would be expanded to be clear that comes with the minutes agreements between villages that border.
