dc.description.abstractPirazoline derivatives, 5-(2-bromophenyl)-3-(naphthalenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole was synthesized through cyclization reaction between chalcone (E)-3-(2-bromophenyl)-1-(naphthalenyl)prop-2-enon and hydrazine hydrate using acetic acid glacial as catalyst under microwave irradiation. Its strucure was characterized using spectroscopy UV, IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS. Compound showed yield of 71.94%. The 1H-NMR spectrum showed the characteristic of HA, HB, Hx protons in pyrazoline at δ 3,11; 3,86; and 5,33 ppm respectively.en_US
