| dc.description.abstract | This study entitled Analysis Implementation Function Inspectorate city Pekanbaru Year 2010-2011. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness Implementation of local government performance monitoring functions in office inspectorate city Pekanbaru , as well as to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of local government performance monitoring functions at the Regional Inspectorate Office Pekanbaru. Based on the analysis of the implementation of the monitoring function in particular the Office of the Regional Inspectorate of Pekanbaru turns out it can be concluded that the implementation of the monitoring well seen from inspection, testing to the investigation, was not optimal, this is due to the inaccuracy of time in conducting surveillance, not of accuracy of data deviations found for personnel supervisor at office Inspectorate of Pekanbaru. Factors affecting the implementation of the monitoring of the implementation of the functions of governance in the city of Pekanbaru is the apparatus includes officers who have the skills, knowledge in handling jobs, the negative opinion of the object of the inspection and supervision of activities in addition to the availability of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the monitoring carried out by Inspectorate office in Pekanbaru. | en_US |
