dc.description.abstract | background research is the decline in consumer interest for transportation CV PMP route Pekanbaru – Pasaman in the last six years. Some of the causes of decline in consumer interest is less most driver and kernet in providing service to passengers, often less precise departure time and destination time and more in height the level of competition in the business of transportation services. As for the purpose of this research is to know the quality of transport services as well as an inhibitor of factor in implementing find services transportation on CV. PMP route Pekanbaru – Pasaman. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive method. The results showed the quality of transport services on the route the CV PMP Pekanbaru – Pasaman covering tangible indicators, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees and empathy are rated good enough. As for the block factor in the implementation of the transport services on on CV. PMP route Pekanbaru – Pasaman is less good performance of employees, drivers and every bus in terms of neatness and modesty of dress, not as good as the accuracy of bus departure times and on time the bus arrived at the destination, and every driver's lack in providing service to the customer or passengers who ride on the road, passenger safety during the journey hasn't been so good, yet so good attention from the driver and every bus related knowledge of customer needs and requirements or passengers especially in terms of security and safety during the trip. | en_US |
