Abstract
The objective of this research was ( 1 ) . To identify illustration of the condition of tidal farming at district Pembengis Bram Itam Tanjung Jabung Barat , ( 2 ). To identify the level of technology implementation tidal rice fields at village of Bram Itam Pembengis District Tanjung Jabung Barat (3) Provide information on land use sururt pairs optimally (4). Provide information about the knowledge of rice farming rice cultivation technology tidal land. This research was performed on September 5th 2013-October 5th 2013 at Pembengis village district Bram Itam, Tanjung Jabung Barat. The data collection of this research consisted of primary data and data skunder.Tecnique of this research was questionnaires. The results of this study menggungkapkan that farmers in the study area have been trying to do the farming program by following the local government to do the farm twice a year snapping Majesty (rice planting movements twice a year). But the tide is constrained by circumstances that sometimes the advent of uncertainty, it is due to the poor state of the embankment and suffered little damage. While the application of technology in rice cultivation in the location tidal area of research is still low. Where the farmer respondents in this study have not fully follow the ways that have been recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture. Of the seven components of the technology that has been issued by the Ministry of Agriculture has been no overall technology components that have been implemented by all farmer respondents, such as use of fertilizers and varieties are still very low.
