dc.description.abstractThe aims of the research are to analyze the influence of leadership and compensation non financial on employees’ working satisfaction. The populations were all staff employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Duri consisting of 34 respondent. The methods of collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation. The number of sample 34 respondent and data collecting is conducted by filling out some questionaires. Questionaire was structured in the form of Likert scale. While the analysis tool used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. There are two group of variable in this research. Those are independent variable which are leadership and compensation non financial, and the other is dependent variable which is employees’ working satisfaction. This research result shown that partially variables of leadership and compensation non financial have significant effects on work satisfaction of employee at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Duri.en_US
