| dc.description.abstract | This research review regarding the Indian response to the increase and modernization of China's military budget. China military modernization and border dispute made relationship between these country increased the intensity of conflict and India considering China as priority security threat for their sovereignty. Historically less well between the two countries in fear India will recur. In addressing modernization made by China, India responds with strategic measures such as increasing military and defense budgets, military modernization, military doctrine in the mastery of technology and also the increase of maritime power.
