dc.description.abstractThis research is motivated by a not optimal education and training of employees held by PT. Health insurance (Persero), it is seen from the services provided by employees of PT. Limited health insurance to the public. This study aims to determine the benefits of education and training of employees at PT. Branch askes Pekanbaru. The study site is located in the PT Askes (Persero) Branch Pekanbaru is located at Jalan Jend. Sudirman No.. 3 Pekanbaru. Subjects were those who knew or completeness of the information nor the object of research. The main data collection techniques or the use of primary interviews / interview. The results prove that the benefits derived from education and training PT. Health Insurance can be obtained with a more competent employee in performing his job duties and obligations. PT. Health Insurance also gave birth to a qualified employee as well as increased performance are positive so make a real contribution to the continuation of PT. Health Insurance and generate priority of customer service so as to materialize the motto "Customer Service Beyond Expectations".en_US
