| dc.description.abstract | The research was conducted in the Tratak village Rumbio Jaya district on September 2012 until November 2012, the purpose of this study was to determine the worth or not like blacksmith business industry to be developed in the Teratakb village Rumbio Jaya district, the number of samples is as much as 57 units blacksmith industry business. Model analysis of the data used in this study is the evaluation of project feasibility analysis. Project feasibility analysis is used to determine the condition of industrial blacksmith. And the feasibility of a blacksmith industry is seen from the value of NPV, B / C Ratio, Net B / C Ratio and IRR. The results of this study indicate that the blacksmith industry business is privately owned businesses. Every business owner has a different reason for doing business in the blacksmith industry, in terms of business experience and education level blacksmith industry employers also vary, as well as investment / capital invested every blacksmith industry entrepreneurs also differ from one another . Industrial development in the Tratak village blacksmith has a good prospect to be developed in the future in terms of the marketing, the potential labor force, type of production, and others. The results of this study indicate income business owners blacksmith industry ranged Rp.48.000.000, 00 - Rp.364.000.000, 00 per year, and the average annual expenditure for the industry is around antaraRp.42.800.000 blacksmith, 00 - USD .351.600.000,00 per year, whereas for the initial capital in running the blacksmith industry ranges between Rp.8.000.000, 00 - Rp.35.000.000, 00. Based on the results of the study, found that businesses blacksmith industry to be developed, it can be seen from the feasibility test by combining all existing capital and to calculate eligibility based on 12 industries that produce different kinds of production using the calculation of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C Ratio), and Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) | en_US |
