dc.description.abstractABSTRACK Student is candidates who will be leader for people and country in the future. In fact, some of the student did’nt suitable like our hope, there are student that fight one to other that called the gang fight of student. The thing that can teacher do in school is persuasive communication to the students. The goal of the research is to know the persuasive communication strategy of the teacher to restrain it at SMK N 1 Bukittinggi students, and also what the teacher problems to do communication persuasive strategy to restrain gang fight between the students of at SMK N 1 Bukittinggi.This research using qualitative method based primary and secondary data and using the techniques of collecting observation data, interview, and documentation. Data analyze technique using the interaktive analyze data model Miles and Huberman, which the data will be reducted, it will be served to get a conclution. And for validity of the data using extention participation and triangulation.Persuasive communication strategy that teacher is emotional approach and cognitive, sociocultural persuasive strategy, discussion, using media, work like a team with the other people in outside of the school, and give the punishment to the students. There are some problems that teacher is communicate lacking betwen the students and less at guidence counseling study.en_US
