Citrus (Orange) is one of the important plantation commodities in Indonesia. Morphologically, the members of Citrus show high variation. This study aims to determine the diagnostic character of two Citrus species, i.e. C. hystrix and C. microcarpa. The specimens were collected from the field by using the exploration method. Morphological characters were photographed and described. The result shows that C. hystrix and C. microcarpa can be distinguished by the characteristic of stem, leave, flower, and fruit.en_US
