Abstract
The family is a small social groups within a community, generally consisting of father, mother, and child. Social relations telatif fixed and based on blood ties, formed on the basis of marriage or adoption and relationships between family members and inspired affection and a sense of responsibility and work to preserve and protect the child. And run their respective roles, namely as a father, mother and children.
The rapid development occurring in various fields has brought such developments in the field of women's roles. If in the past the task at home and take care of only female children, husband, and household, the current role of women also work outside the home in order to pursue a career.
With a husband and wife operation, then automatically the time for families to be divided. Indeed the handling of domestic work can be completed by the availability of caregivers and domestic helpers. However, there are things that are hard to find substitutes, such as problems together with her husband and children. In fact, together with her husband in a relaxed atmosphere, relaxed and warm is an important activity that can not be ignored, to build, maintain and keep the closeness of the relationship and open communication with one another.
