The family is a small social groups within a community, generally consisting of father, mother, and child. And run their respective roles, namely as a father, mother and children.
The rapid development occurring in various fields has brought such developments in the field of women's roles. If in the past the task at home and take care of only female children, husband, and household, the current role of women also work outside the home in order to pursue a career.
