Abstract
The purpose of this study is: 1) To reveal the aggressiveness of class X
students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru before the guidance given by the
group of gurindam dua belas topic. 2) Knowing the aggressiveness overview class X
SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru after the guidance given by the group of
gurindam dua belas topic. 3) Determine whether there is influence of group
counseling with gurindam dua belas topic to decrease the aggressiveness of class X
students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The study population was a class X
student of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru with high aggressiveness, and the total
sample was 10 people by using the technique of "purposive sampling" that is based
on sampling a characteristic or specific properties. The method used was a quasi
experiment One Group: one group pre-test and post-test design. To determine the
level of aggressiveness of students using a questionnaire. Use the statistical data
analysis techniques percentage, to distinguish aggressive students before and after
counseling with a group of gurindam dua belas topic to use test "t" obtained t greater
than t table (9.34 > 2.10) at 5% error level. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted,
which means there are significant differences in the aggressiveness of students before
and after the implementation of the guidance group with gurindam dua belas topic of
class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru 2012-2013 school year. Then from the
product moment coefficient r = 0.55 ie determinant r

= 0.30. Based on the results of
research conducted, it can be concluded after the group carried out guidance on the
topic to the aggressiveness of gurindam dua belas of class X students of SMK
Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru decline.
