Abstract
This study was conducted at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta
Siak Pekanbaru at Jenderal Sudirman street No.246. This study aims to determine
how the effect of Leadership, Compensation, and Organizational Commitment either
simultaneously or partially on Employee Productivity PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru.
The population in this study were employees of PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru
totaling 116 people, with a total sample of 53 employees. The method of analysis used
in this research is descriptive quantitative method using SPSS version 17:00.
Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied
(Leadership, Compensation and Organizational Commitment) has a positive and
significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Productivity). The magnitude
of the effect caused by (R2) by three variables simultaneously on the dependent
variable 63.90%, while the remaining 36.10% is influenced by other variables not
examined in this study. The results of testing that has been done, the partial
regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied
(Leadership, Compensation and Organizational Commitment) has a positive and
significant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Productivity).
