dc.description.abstract | University of Riau have owned high commitment to the improvement of quality of grad, where seen from to the number of campus facility repair, improving instructor energy quality, and also a target as research university. But the all the things likely will not mean something in yielding grad with the high quality if not followed with the improvement of student enthusiasm of learning. The purposes of this research are :1. To elaborate difference of student learning enthusiasm between under motivation training and without motivation training. 2. To know the relation of motivation training with student enthusiasm learning Type of the research is causality and verificative, and it used a descriptive and explanatory methode. Data of this research are collected from 30 respondents which were as student in FISIP University of Riau. The research hypothesis argued is that 'There are no significant difference of enthusiasm learn student between group of student under motivation training and without motivation training". And according to the research the mean value from each group that is - Group 1: 53, 867 - Group II: 45, 867. and variance difference of each groups are Group 1: 31,981 - Group II: 31,838, and the ratio-t is 3,878. Because the ratio-t is bigger than 1, so this mean value difference is significant | en_US |
