| dc.description.abstract | In accordance with the implementation of the Regional Regulation 12 of 2008 on Social Order, in which the civil service police unit designated by the city government to do the demolition vagrants and beggars, the civil service police unit must perform tasks in accordance with its function as well as the handling and overcoming homelessness and beggars, in performing their duties the civil service police force must not commit acts of violence or abusive actions. but in reality there are behaviors that officers commit acts of violence or abusive acts against homeless people and beggars. this proves that the behavior of workers has not led to the existing principle. in this article the author tries to discuss about the behavior of officers in policing vagrants and beggars in the city of Pekanbaru and the factors that affect the control of vagrants and beggars in the city of Pekanbaru. | en_US |
