| dc.description.abstract | This Research aims to identify and analyze Coordination of Implementation Barelang Bridge Demolition it. And then This Research can know and analyze the factors that affect the coordination of policing Barelang bridge. This Research is a descriptive qualitative where data collection is done with the snowballing sampling technique and incidental sampling. The results showed that Coordination of Implementation Barelang Bridge Demolition does not go well or these are still many problems that arise in its implementation. The factors that affect the coordination of enforcement among other factors Barelang Bridge managerial hierarchy, rules or procedures, planning , Goal Setting and leadership. These four factors greatly affect the coordination of policing Barelang bridge. | en_US |
