Abstract
A parameter extraction of the current-voltage curve of the thermistor sensor for
reconstruction of its resistance-temperature dependency curve is proposed. The
sensor is supplied with variable voltage of 0-30V and measured in a climatic room
with temperature from -20°C to +80°C to obtain the current-voltage characteristic.
Parameter extraction is used to control parameter changes of important sensor
parameters such as resistances RTo and the temperature coefficient b of the thermistor
itself in accordance to the temperature TM of the medium. The result of the parameter
extraction gives RTo value 143.286 Ω at temperature of 373K, temperature
coefficient b1 0.01 K-1 and b2 9.993 10-3 K-2 respectively and are used to reconstruct
the R-T-curve.
