dc.description.abstractBusiness development of hotel in Pekanbaru will make hotel service compete espesicially in marketing. Service marketing is a little diffrent with another stuff marketing. Marketing is the main activities who done a busineesman to survive they company to get an income. Strategic is a beginning to introduce to consumer and is important and including the beneffit to the company. Hotel Asean is one of the hotels possessing several specialties for instance, it’s location is very strategic because is situated in the heart of the city near the business center and government offices as well as at the airport. But obviously Hotel Asean Pekanbaru is incapable to compete with the some two star hotels in this city, this can be prove from the data visitors in the four last years. Based an such basic ideas, this research has been conducted with the intention to know the strategy marketing product, promotion, place, and axactness of price in order to increase the income that will be attained.en_US
