dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine differences in job performance with the performance of civil servants in the Office DP3 values and Sanitation Department and the city of Pekanbaru to determine the factors that influence employee performance differences in work performance with value DP3 at the Office of Hygiene and Pekanbaru. Results of the analysis of performance appraisal in the Civil Department of Hygiene and Pekanbaru is the assessment system was not fully reflect the actual condition. Of the six indicators of performance appraisal system is only partial indicators that can be said to correspond to the performance appraisal system, less describe actual rest. As well as the factors that affect work performance difference with DP3 value of the six indicators under study there are some employees who do not fit between job performance with DP3 values given by the leadership.en_US
