Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of compensation and
work environment at once / simultaneously on employee productivity at PT.
Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan, then to investigate the effect of compensation on
employee productivity at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan and to determine the
effect of work environment on employee productivity at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti
Petapahan.
The population in this study are employees of the production PT.
Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan in 2010 totaled 103 people. The sample amounted
to 51 employees. Sampling of this study are based on purposive sampling method,
the sampling methods with certain criteria. In this study, the data obtained will be
processed by multiple linear regression models (multiple regression). Regression
method can be used to show how the independent variables affect the dependent
variable.
Results showed compensation and environment jointly influence labor
productivity in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan. Furthermore, based on the t
test affects the productivity of labor compensation in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti
Petapahan.Selanjutnya t test based work environment affects productivity at work
PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan.Factor the most dominant influence on the
productivity of labor in PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan is compensated.
Compensation and working environment influenced by 56.60% on employee
productivity at PT. Ramajaya Pramukti Petapahan.
