| dc.description.abstract | Abstract This study entitled "Analysis of Labor Supervision of employees at PT ALTRAK 1978 Pekanbaru branch". This study aims to determine the employees' supervision PT ALTRAK 1978 Pekanbaru branches and obstacles that occur. Analysis methodology used is descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were employees at PT ALTRAK 1978 Pekanbaru Branch and are used as samples were all employees at lower levels of management, amounting to 62 people. Indicators used in the oversight of the work is the work of standardsetting, performance evaluation and corrective action. Results of data analysis techniques showed that the overall percentage of employees' supervision PT.Altrak 1978 landslide Pekanbaru branch is well run by a management company with total positive assessment by the respondents was 79.56%. | en_US |
