dc.description.abstractThe aim of this studid was to analyze the correlation between knowledge of the hygiene of mouth and dental school students 136 Pekanbaru. The design of this research is descriptive correlative with cross sectional approach. Questionnaires were distributed to students 10-12 ages with 140 respondents who are choosen by simple stratified random sampling. Instrument that used been was a questionnaire about knowledge and skill. This research used univariate and bivariate analyze with chi-square. The result of this research, there is no correlation (p value>0.05). The research for elementary school age students are expected to be able to increase their knowledge about mouth and tooth health and awareness of the important to keep mouth and tooth health.en_US
