dc.description.abstract | Pyrazoline analog compound, 5-(2-bromophenyl)-3-(naphthalen-2-yl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (PF CN2-2Br) has been synthesized through cyclization reaction between chalcone analog compounds and phenylhidrazine using acetic acid glacial as catalyst with microwave. A compound of chalcone analog, (E)-3-(2-bromophenyl)-1-(naphthalen-2-yl)prop-2-en-1-one (CN2-2Br) has been synthesized through Claisen-Schmidt reaction using irradiation microwave from 2-acetylnaphtalene and 2-bromobenzaldehyde using NaOH 1N as catalyst. PF CN2-2Br compounds structure was characterized using spectroscopy UV, IR and MS and it’s showed a good yield. PF CN2-2Br compound yields was 60,39%. | en_US |
