Penerapan Pendekatan Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas V SDN 004 Desa Kuapan Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Syafari Antoni¹ Neni Hermita² Gustimal Witri³ ABSTRACT Among the factors that affect student learning in low hail science learning materials caused, professor of applied learning approach is still a lecture or talk and not touch the students and also approach the learning process in the classroom is still dominated by the teacher, does not provide access for students to develop through discovery and independent thought processes. On the basis of the number of students who score finished 18 people, while 15 people with an incomplete grade class average is 67.57. This indicates that the fifth grade students learn science SDN 004 sub Desa Kuapan Kampar Regency Mines still low in other words do not reach 75% (provision of achievement KKM). Learning approaches deemed suitable to the characteristics of learning science is learning approaches CTL. The research objective is to improve the learning outcomes of students of class V IPA Rural yawn SDN Academic Year 004 2011/2012 with the implementation of CTL approach to learning. Places of research on SDN 004 sub Desa Kuapan Kampar Regency Mines with a class V student of research subjects, amounting to 33 students. Action research conducted in two cycles, with each cycle stages are: early reflection, action planning, action, observation, reflection and evaluation. In the first cycle mastery learning students have achieved, it is necessary to proceed to the second cycle to improve student learning outcomes. In the second cycle of learning outcomes increase significantly, this proved to be an increase in the learning process and student learning outcomes are: a complete cycle I learned as many as 25 students with average grade 77.87 (up 18.49 points of the basic score). In the second cycle is the number of students who pass the grade 31 students with an average grade 86.06 (up 8.19 points from the first cycle.
