Abstract

muara Fajar village is a village with the largest number of poor households in the Sub District Rumbai that is 522 households, or approximately 25.42% of the total poor households in the Sub District Rumbai. To address the high rate of poverty was launched various programs to reduce poverty among them is the program of economic effort village savings and loans (UEKSP). Implementation of the Business Economics program Village Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) will not run (beneficial) to the economic development of the people if the people can not access the program easily and cheaply. This depends on the service provided to the community program manager. this study aims to see how the implementation of the Village Enterprise Fund distribution to the public through UEK-SP program and find out the perception of members of the management service provided UEK-SP. Based on the results of research in the fleld, showing that the channeling of funds through the village business UEK-SP muara Fajar has been properly executed in acordance with applicable regulations. This credit has been channel to the people who have a business but lack the capital to develop it. Furthermore the perception of members of the ministry of funds manager in the Economic Business Village Savings and Loans (UEK-SP) in the muara fajar village District Rumbai Pekanbaru generally expressed either by the total score obtained is B.65 with both categories of perception, a member of UEK-SP managers may be reliable in managing UEK-SP, has a high responsiveness to members, also has an elxpathy or a high social life, and able to convince its members that no doubt of the services they provide and be able to provide the best service with the physical facilities that support.
