dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify and analyze the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance processing departmen at PT Perkebunan Nusantra V Kebun Tandun Kabupaten Kampar. This study uses census in which the entire population were sampled with a total sample size of 75 people. The method of analysis used in this study is the assumption of Classical Test (Test Validity and Reliability Test), quantitative descriptive analysis method, partial and simultaneous analysis (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 11.5). From the results of testing that has been done, the simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that all the independent variables studied had a significant impact on employee performance variables. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the variable competence has a significant impact on employee performance variables. The magnitude of the effect caused by (R2) by the variable competence and motivation together to employee performance variables while the remaining 37.8% 62,2% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.en_US
