dc.description.abstract | Simulation is the limitation of a dynamic system using a computer model in order to evaluate and improve system performance. Tutus Medika Polyclinic as case study in this paper, currently serving two health services, namely public service and dental service. Tutus Medika Polyclinic has large number of patien ts resulted a queue where patients have to wait in a long period of time to obtain medical care, especially if there is a patient's health condition that is not possible to wait any longer. The problem that arises is how to determine how many doctors that possible to s~rve patients. This research aims to desien a simulation model of patient, that can assist manaeement in systems analysis and decision "1aking of current conditions system so it can improve the quality ·of service to patients. From the research desien of a simulation model usine Pro Model software. obtained the result that the proposed improvement to occur in the form of performance improvements increase the number of patients served by a chane:e of 63.88%. the time change in the system for the general doctor patients for 60.2% and the change in time within the system to the dentist at 38.9%. | en_US |
