dc.description.abstractThe district apparatus become top of public service in territory . has various kinds of service who society needs. and it must managed or finished in district levels. in doing this task, needs leader be oriented for finished the problem. in order that official performance can be directed better. good leadership can bring good organization with public service to society. so, the succes of a leader be avaluated from his productivity and reachable achievement. be avaluated from skill to manage an organization. Based on the result of this research shows , there is relation between dominant government leadership style. that is, democratic leadership style and combinated with free leadership style with performance of worker. its proven that dominant leadership style of government that is managed in tambang district, kampar regency. that is democratic leadership style. combinated with free leadership style shows there is positif relationship on worker perfomance in tambang district, Kampar regency. by this way, hypothesis provided on previous chapter that when the style of government leadership carried out better, so worker perfomance increase , can be proven and can be answereden_US
