Abstract
The purpose of this research was to analyze the implementation of the school
education policy marginally sentosa in simpang Gaung village, Gaung subdistrict,
Indragiri Hilir regency of Riau Province. Sub-focusof this research,: (1) the objectives
of the implementation of the school education policy marginal sentosa in simpang
Gaung village, Gaung subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir regency of Riau Province (2) The
system of the implementation of the school education policy marginal sentosa in
simpang Gaung village, Gaung subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir regency of Riau Province (3)
The availability of facilities and infrastructure supporting the Organization of school
education marginal Sentosa simpang Gaung village, Gaung subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir
regency of Riau Province(4) The process of teaching and learningof school education
marginal Sentosa simpang Gaung village, Gaung subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir regency of
Riau Province. The approach of this research was a qualitative research that take from
the respondents with the techniques of data collection through documentation,
observation and interview. Further analysis of data through the reduction of data,
display of data andconclusion and verification. The results showed that: (1) the
objectives of the implementation of the school education policy marginal
sentosa,children isolated,fartest and the lack of economy (2) The system of the
implementation of the school education policy marginal sentosa include: (a) curriculum,
the curriculum was used by school education marginal Sentosa follow the KTSP
curriculum (b) the teachers was 4 people and are located near the school education
marginal Sentosa (c) the financial from the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS)
and managed by the leader school (3) The availability of facilities and infrastructure
supporting the Organization of school education marginal Sentosa was very limited (4)
The process of teaching and learningof school education marginal Sentosamore focused
the condition of students and facilities and infrastructure
