dc.description.abstract	Cultivation of Crop of durian requires good conservancy start from seed of because factor of conservancy reprecent very matter have an affect on to production. Efficacy effort cultivation of durian very determined by some factor for example election of certifiable a bit of blood, fertilization, and media plant. Media plant to represent very important factor to process of growth of crop functioning for place of straighten of crop and also to provide vitamin of food required by crop. One of effort, which can be conducted, is by using media plant manure of chickenrun and sludge sawit in seed. This research have been executed in garden of Attempt of Faculty Of Agriculture of University Riau, start month of July until October 2007. This research aim to know the best media comparison for the growth seed of durian grafting. Method used is method of experiment by using complete Random Device (RAL) consisted of 7 treatments and 3 restating, with the result obtained by 21 attempt unit. The treatment is A (TS (Topsoil) 1 : 0), B (Fertilizer cage and TS 2 : 3), C (Fertilizer cage and TS 2 : 5), D (Fertilizer cage and TS 2 : 7), E ( Sludge sawit and TS 2 : 3), F ( Sludge sawit and TS 2 : 5), G ( Sludge sawit and TS 2 : 7). Parameter perceived is high of seed (cm), sum up leaf (sheet), wide of leaf (cm ), circumference of bar for and the dry weight of seed (gr). Data of result of perception analyzed statistically and continued with test of DNMRT at level 5%. Result analizye to indicate that treatment of media plant in so many comparison differ reality to high of seed, but differing is not real to leaf amount, wide of leaf, circular of dry weight and bar of seed.	en_US
