Abstract:
Problems in this study were below the standard of student learning outcomes Minimum Criteria for completeness (KKM), which has been set. KKM subjects assigned to Basic Digital Techniques in SMK N 2 Pekanbaru is ≥ 75 with a range of values 0-100. Reality on the ground that 64.5% of students scored below the standard KKM or incomplete in study subjects Basic Digital Techniques. The purpose of this study is to reveal the presence or absence of differences in learning outcomes of students using active learning strategies Student Question Have the subject Basic Digital Techniques, and suggests what percentage increase student achievement by implementing an active learning strategy Student Question Have the subject Basic Digital Techniques in the class X EI SMK N 2 Pekanbaru. This study is a research experiment. Type of data needed in this research is the primary data and secondary data. The primary data is data obtained from the study introduced a system of logic gates, while the secondary data is the value of MID semester of class X Industrial Electronics Engineering Department of SMK N 2 Pekanbaru Lessons Year 2010/2011. The population in this study is a class X student of Electronics Engineering Department of SMK N 2 Pekanbaru Lessons Year 2010/2011 which amounted to 83 people. While the sample in the study amounted to 48 people. Data processing results obtained (1) Average grade students' experiments is 75.83 while the control class 65.50. Means revealed that the application of active learning strategies Student Question Have the subject Basic Digital Techniques provide a better learning outcomes than learning outcomes using only conventional methods. (2) Test the hypothesis t-test analysis results obtained TTable tcount of 3.84 and 2.03 at 0.05 significance level with the provisions tcount> TTable. Proved the existence of significant influence of student learning outcomes using active learning strategies Student Have Question to those using conventional methods. Thus the hypothesis of this research been accepted and proven true
