dc.description	Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa PT. Jasaraharja Putera Cabang Pekanbaru telah melakukan kewajibannya dengan membayar klaim kepada obligee apabila principal wanprestasi, tetapi pembayaran klaim yang dilakukan membutuhkan waktu lebih dari yang ditentukan dalam Pasal 67 ayat 3 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 , dimana Pasal 67 ayat 3 menyebutkan bahwa jaminan atas pengadaan barang/jasa sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat 2 harus dapat dicairkan tanpa syarat (unconditional) sebesar nilai jaminan dalam waktu paling lambat 14 hari kerja, setelah surat pernyataan wanprestasi dari PPK/ULP diterima oleh penerbit jaminan.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	The realization of a development in the construction work takes a form of guarantee from the Bid bond, performance bonds, advance payment bond, and guarantees in order to ensure the maintenance bond and tranquility of the employer and the job executor. The collateral is called the construction contract bond. How in the claims settlement agreement contract construction bond and What are the obstacles in the settlement of claims and how to solve it? The theory used is the insurance contract theory, the theory of damages, collateral development theory and the theory of default.	en_US
