STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI APARAT KELURAHAN DALAM MENGATASI PENYAKIT MASYARAKAT (STUDI KASUS DI KELURAHAN PUJUD SELATAN KAB, ROHIL )

Abstract

Youth is the nation‘s next generation in the future, but in fact, there are many youth/adolescent are not like our hope, some youth drink alcohol. Alcohol liquor in adolescence circle cannot be ignored, we need to find the solution or how to overcome it. In overcoming those alcoholic liquor each party‘s involved, one of this involvement is village apparatus. The apparatus has a legitimacy to bring orderliness, security, comfortable and village growth. One of the effort has done by South Pujud apparatus is make a better communication toward the society. There are specific strategies to achieve some goals. This study aims to know how the apparatus‘s strategies to overcome social illness in South Pujud Village, and what factors involve that causing the rise social illness in that region. This research uses qualitative method by is collecting data according to reality in the field through observation, interview, and documentations. Where informant in this research about 14 people, consist by (village chief and secretary, youth chief, neighborhood association, society figures, people, merchant, and drinker). Technique analysis data that conducted in this research is interactive model from Miles and Hubermen, using data investigation technique that is extension of joining in and triangulation. The result of this research shows that the communication strategy of village apparatus in overcome social illness (especially alcoholic liquor) in South Pujud, by some approach such as operational, persuasive and educative approach, social responsibility, working together, and also coordinative and integrative approach. Meanwhile, several factors that causing appear the trend of social illness in South Pujud influenced by internal and external factors, the internal factors, i.e. the high motivation to try and error the alcohol, whereas the external factors are the colleague, the bad environment, and easy to get alcohol beverage in many place.
