Abstract:
Coaching career civil servants carried out by a career system and the
performance of the system that put emphasis on achievement system krja. To
ensure the implementation of the task of developing the governance and efficient
and effective manner, it is necessary civil service coaching system that is able to
provide a balance of ensuring the rights and obligations of civil servants to
motivate performance that allows potential employees optimally developed in
order to achieve effective implementation of government and efficiently. These
results indicate that the coaching career civil servants at the District Education
Office Indragiri Hilir, has not done well, there are several factors pengnghambat
employee coaching career both in terms of education, human resources, education
and training, and so forth.
