Abstract
This study aims to improve learning outcomes math class XI IPA 6 SMA Negeri 5
Pekanbaru through cooperative learning approach to structural Numbered Heads
Together. Forms of research is collaborative action research. This study was
conducted in two cycles. Research procedures were carried out in a class action
including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this
study show once applied the structural approach to cooperative learning
Numbered Heads Together increase student participation in the classroom resulted
in increased student learning outcomes in math class XI IPA 6 SMA Negeri 5
Pekanbaru. Based on these results, we can conclude the implementation of
cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together structural approach can
improve students' mathematics learning outcomes.
