Abstract
The research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. To determine the effect of
capital, labor, raw materials and the value of the investment on the production of bread
in the city of Pekanbaru and to determine the most dominant factor affecting the
production of white bread in the city of Pekanbaru. To achieve these objectives the
research conducted using a sample of 27 small-scale industries, using Census. Data
analysis method using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression
analysis with SPSS Windows version 17).
Based on the results obtained simultaneously and partially dependent variables
significantly influence the independent variable. This indicates that there is a significant
effect on capital, labor, raw materials and the value of investments to total production
of white bread in the city of Pekanbaru.
Recommendations to authors propose is to increase the production of white
bread in the city of Pekanbaru is expected that manufacturers should pay attention to
the use of raw materials for the manufacturing process as well as the production of
bread manufacturers should pay attention to the labor used in the process of making
bread. Apart from having to have the necessary expertise is also a highly skilled
workforce in order to carry out the manufacture of bread mendaptkan good quality
bread.
