Item AKAR KUADRAT DARI MATRIKS KUADRAT ORDE 3(Elfitra, 2023-11) Syahreza, Robby FerikoA new approach is presented in this article with the purpose of calculating the square roots of a quadratic matrix order 3. Determination of the explicit formula for each square roots of quadratic matrix order 3 can be determined by applying the Cayley-Hamilton Theorem to its characteristic polynomial. Some examples are given in the application of the explicit formula to determine the square roots of a quadratic matrix order 3.Item AKAR KUBIK DARI MATRIKS KUADRAT ORDE 2(Elfitra, 2022-05) Safitri, Silvia NurThis article discusses a new approach to evaluate the cubic roots of a quadratic matrix order 2 by using the Cayley-Hamilton’s theorem. In addition, this article also aims to show how the Cayley-Hamilton’s theorem can be used to determine the explicit formula of each cubic roots of quadratic matrix. In its application several examples are given to determine the cubic roots of a quadratic matrix order 2 are given.Item ALGORITMA GENETIKA UNTUK MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH TRAVELLING SALESMAN(2021-04) Rejeki, Rahayu SriThis paper discusses the solution of the travelling salesman problem. This problem is solved using the genetic algorithm method with MATLAB software. This discussion aims to nd the best solution of a route by a salesman. Before proving convergence, rst an analysis is carried out on how to obtain solutions from the application of the iteration algorithm. It is necessary to formulate appropriate policies as an effort to equalize economic development. This study aims to classify districts/cities based on indicators of economic development using the K-prototypes method in order to assist the government in formulating policies. The study shows that grouping 5 clusters is the optimal number of clusters with a silhouette value of 0.3027283. Clusters 1 to 5 have 192, 11, 210, 80 and 12 members respectively. The results of the mean difference test between clusters showed that only the HDI development variable was not significantly different between the 5 clusters.Item ALGORITMA NAIVE BAYES UNTUKMEMPREDIKSI STATUS PENGAJUAN KREDIT KEPEMILIKAN RUMAH(Elfitra, 2023-02) Andriano, Andriano; Harison, HarisonThis study discusses the classification analysis of the status of housing loan applications (KPR) at one of the banks in Pekanbaru City using the naïve Bayes algorithm. The purpose of this study is to classify data on the status of mortgage applications at one of the banks in Pekanbaru City. The results show that the highest posterior value is in the rejected class. Classify naïve Bayes able to classify data on mortgage application status. This is shown from the confusion matrix, namely, the accuracy value reaches 50.96%, the sensitivity is 78.05%, and the specificity is 16.25%.Item ALTERNATIF ALJABAR UNTUK BILANGAN FUZZY SEGITIGA DALAM BENTUK INTERVAL(Elfitra, 2022-12) Sitanggang, Jonathan CristoThis article discusses the solution of arithmetic of triangular fuzzy numbers. The arithmetic is used in solving arithmetic on triangular fuzzy numbers. Triangular fuzzy numbers are transformed into interval form then they are used to solving arithmetic on triangular fuzzy numbers. For arithmetic multiplication and arithmetic division are obtained from arithmetic modi cation. Arithmetic modi cation is used to get the inverse of triangular fuzzy matrix.Item ALTERNATIF PROSES DIAGONALISASI MATRIKS BILANGAN FUZZY TRIANGULAR(Elfitra, 2023-11) Sibarani, David RakelThis article discusses the alternative diagonalization process on the triangular fuzzy number matrix of size n×n in parametric form. Many forms of arithmetic operations have been given by the author, especially triangular fuzzy numbers. For addition, subtraction and scalar multiplication operations there is not much difference while for multiplication, division and inverse there are many ways. However, the algebraic operations offered have some drawbacks for example, for any triangular fuzzy number ˜p = (p, α, β), does not necessarily apply ˜p(r) ⊗ 1 ˜p(r) = ˜i(r) . In this article, an alternative arithmetic operation will be used for the multiplication, division and inverse operations of triangular fuzzy numbers by using the midpoint concept. This midpoint concept is then used to determine the eigenvalues and eigenvectors as well as the inverse matrix of triangular fuzzy numbers. Meanwhile, to determine the cofactor of the triangular fuzzy number matrix using ˜ Cij(r) = [−1,−1]i+j ⊗ ˜Mij(r).Item ANALISA PENGARUH INTENSITAS CAHAYA RUANG TERHADAP KUALITAS GAMBAR PADA SISTEM DETEKSI TBS KELAPA SAWIT(perpustakaan UR, 2021-11) Panjaitan, Deborah Margaretha; Minarni, MinarniFFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches) of oil palm is one of the indonesian commodities that make it possible for Indonesia to be country of the largest CPO (Crude Palm Oil) export in the world. Automatic detection oil palm FFB is very important in the sorting and grading process. The detection of oil palm FFB can be based on color parameters. This study aims to design a program to detect oil palm FFB using a computer vision system with various of luminous. The system is equipped with a webcam, light source and software. This program also to record images, process images and classify them as detected oil palm FFB. Detector works based on the of the HSV value, especially in saturation. Output in this process is forms contour with a bounding box. The sample used in this study was 10 fruit FFB of tenera oil palm varieties. The FFB image of oil palm was recorded using a webcam at an angle of 90⁰. The results showed that the program's success in detecting oil palm FFB in this system depended on luminous of the room because of application in segmentaion color method Hue, Saturation, Value (HSV). The HSV program success in detecting 8 of 10 oil palm FFB with boundaries area contour more than 9000 pixels.Item ANALISIS ANTRIAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMULASI MONTE CARLO(2017-01-12) Lianti, Fajar Etri; Gamal, M. D. HThis article discusses the analysis of performance measures of patients queuing system using Monte Carlo simulations and The M=G=c=GD=1=1 queuing model. Then do the comparison of system performance measures obtained from both methods with the results obtained from field data. Both methods have slightly different results. Results obtained using the Monte Carlo simulation method is more accurate than the analytical method.Item ANALISIS CLUSTER PENGANGGURAN DI INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN METODE SELF ORGANIZING MAP(Elfitra, 2023-07) Gunawan, Chairani; Sirait, HaposanUnemployment is a situation where someone is not working or is trying to find a job but unable to find work. The spread of unemployment in Indonesia has different characteristics in each region, so it is necessary to classify the unemployed so that each government policy program can be carried out in a more focused and directed manner. This study discusses cluster analysis of unemployment using the Self Organizing Map (SOM) method in classifying the unemployed in Indonesia in 2020. The SOM method is able to show dominant patterns and variables in clusters. The variables used in this study consisted of school enrollment rates, average length of schooling, labor force participation rates, and the percentage of the population using computers. The results of this study formed 3 unemployment rate clusters with cluster 1 being a low unemployment group consisting of 144 districts/cities, cluster 2 with a medium level consisting of 287 districts/cities, and cluster 3 with a high level consisting of 83 districts/cities. The grouping using the SOM method on district/city unemployment data in Indonesia is good because it has a minimum standard deviation ratio of 0.529.Item ANALISIS DAN DINAMIKA MODEL PECANDU ALKOHOL DENGAN PENGARUH PUSAT PERAWATAN ALKOHOL(Elfitra, 2022-01) Damayanti, AgustinaThis article discusses the analysis and dynamics of the alcoholic model with the influence of alcohol treatment centers. This model uses a system of nonlinear differential equations with six compartments, namely PMHTrTpQ. The observed model have two equilibrium points, namely the free point of the drinkers and the equilibrium with the drinkers. Stability analysis of the basic reproduction number R0. If R0 < 1 then the system goes to the equilibrium point of free drinkers or no more drinkers, but if R0 > 1 then the system goes to the equilibrium point with drinkers which means there will be drinkers constantly.Item ANALISIS DINAMIKA MODEL PREDATOR-PREY DENGAN PERLINDUNGAN PREY DAN FEAR EFFECT(Elfitra, 2023-11) Mardhya, Azura FarrastThis article discusses the dynamics of the predator-prey model with prey refuge and considers the effect of fear. The observed model has four equilibrium points where two points are unstable and other points are stable under certain conditions. Simulation of the model is carried out with spesific parameters to describe the behavior and stability of the equilibrium points. Based on results of simulation, the influence of fear effect has a negative impact on the prey population and leads to extinction. Meanwhile, for the case with a constant rate of fear, prey refuge has a positive impact on the coexistence of predator and prey.Item ANALISIS DINAMIKA MODEL PREDATOR-PREY TIPE LESLIE DENGAN RESPON FUNGSIONAL YANG MENINGKAT(Elfitra, 2023-11) Sintika, Delly ManjaThis article discusses the interaction between two populations namely prey and predators, which is then investigated using the Leslie type with an increased functional response. In the observed model, it is shown that the model has a predator-free equilibrium point and a positive equilibrium point. It is indicated that the model has saddle-type stability at the predator-free equilibrium point and several stability at the positive equilibrium point, one of which is global asymptote stability as determined using the Dulac function. Simulations of the model are carried out to describe the dynamics and stability of the equilibrium points using certain parameters.Item ANALISIS DINAMIKA POPULASI PREDATOR-PREY DENGAN PENGARUH ALLEE EFFECT(Elfitra, 2022-05) Dari, Fitri WulanThis article discusses the interactions among three population consisting of prey 1, prey 2, and predator population. The model described involves the prey 1 population influenced by Allee effect. Prey 1 and prey 2 population have a mutuality according to Holling functional response, while the predator population has alternative food sources. In the model observed, there are eight equilibrium points in which four of them are stable under certain conditions. Simulations on the model are carried out to describe the dynamics of the three populations with certain parameters.Item ANALISIS DISKRIMINAN LINIER UNTUK KLASIFIKASI KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI RIAU BERDASARKAN INDIKATOR INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA(perpustakaan UR, 2021-11) Hudri, Ghemala Huriani; Harison, HarisonRiau Province consists of 12 districts/cities where the Human Development Index (HDI) in this province continues to progress. In 2015-2019 HDI grew up to an average of 0.75%, in 2019 the highest HDI was in Pekanbaru city at 81.35 and the lowest was in Meranti Islands district at 65.93. This study aims to examine the variables that are thought to have an effect on the classification of districts/cities in Riau Province into low, medium, high and very high HDI categories using linear discriminant analysis. This study uses five variables that are thought to have an effect, this study shows that the linear discriminant function formed is significant and the level of accuracy of the linear discriminant function formed is accurate with a validation level of 91.6%.Item ANALISIS FAKTOR KEMATIAN BAYI MENGGUNAKAN REGRESI GENERALIZED POISSON(Elfitra, 2022-04) Astuti, Yolanda Silvi Sri; Bustami, BustamiInfant mortality is influenced by several factors, namely the consumption of pregnant vitamins, births assisted by medical personnel, infant weight and health services for babies after birth. The infant mortality rate in Riau Province is currently 24 per 1,000 live births. This research was completed by using generalized Poisson regression because, in infant mortality data, the data did not meet the equidispersion property, where the mean data was not the same as the data variance. The results showed that the significant factors causing infant mortality were infant weight, family life behavior and vitamin consumption in pregnant women.Item ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEMISKINAN DI PROVINSI RIAU DENGAN METODE SEM-PLS(Elfitra, 2023-04) Rahmad, Abdul; Efendi, RustamThe increase in the number of poor people occurred in March 2021 which was caused by several factors including human resources, health, and the economy. Based on this, research is needed to find out what are the factors that cause higher poverty. This study will analyze the factors that influence poverty in Riau Province using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the bootstrap method. The variables used are three exogenous independent variables consisting of health, economy and human resources and one exogenous dependent variable namely poverty. The results of the study explain that human resources and the number of cases of disease do not have a significant and positive effect on poverty. This research shows that the higher the human resources and the number of disease cases in Riau Province in 2021, the higher the poverty rate. Meanwhile, the economy does not have a significant effect on poverty, meaning that the higher the economic level in Riau Province in 2021, the lower the poverty rate in Riau Province in 2022. Human resources, health, and the economy have no effect on poverty in Riau Province in 2021.Item ANALISIS FUZZY TIME SERIES MARKOV CHAIN UNTUK MERAMALKAN NILAI TUKAR PETANI PROVINSI RIAU(Elfitra, 2022-12) Hsb, Siti Puspa Wanti; Harison, HarisonThe agricultural sector is one of the primary sectors that become the main employment for the people of Indonesia, as well as the population of Riau Province who mostly live in rural areas by working in the agricultural sector. Farmers' welfare level can be measured by Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP). Forecasting can be done to predict NTP in the future. This study uses a forecasting method, namely fuzzy time series markov chain using NTP data from Riau Province in the period January 2013 - March 2022. The results of forecasting NTP Riau Province for the next period in April 2022 obtained 154.35 with a MAPE value of 1.3948%. The MAPE value shows that the results of forecasting NTP data in Riau Province can be categorized as very good because the MAPE value is less than 10%.Item ANALISIS JALUR FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI SUKU BUNGA SERTA IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP INFLASI PROVINSI RIAU(2021-01) Aresta, Fujha Sri Aknella; Adnan, ArismanThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of US dollar exchange rate, money supply and imports toward BI rates and their implication to the inflation in Riau Province. Path analysis and trimming methods were applied to study the direct and indirect effects by using AMOS 25. The study shows that US dollar and import have a significant and positive effect on BI rate, while the amount of money has a significant effect and negative to the BI rate. Furthermore, US dollar has a significant and negative effect on inflation, the BI rate has a significant and positive effect on inflation while import does not have significantly influence on inflation. Indirectly, the US dollar affects the inflation through the BI rate, while import does not have a significant effect on inflation through the BI rate.
